I will say I have been nothing but happy with my Cox service to date. I
think that with Linux being less than 2% of the market share it doesn't
make good business sense at this time for them to support it. We can
not like that all we want, but they do exist to make money. =20
Not only that most Linux users just give them bad press, most of the
time unduly.

The reason they should have given is you are trying to relay mail. A
tactic that most spammers have used for years. They consider you as a
spammer and should block your mail. I certainly would if I were them.=20
Relays are bad news and cause other customers grief.

They like many monopolies have loads of issues. However I don't think
blocking what looks like a spammer is one of them.
