Subject: Cox and email revisited
Cox techies??? Seems a contradiction in terms from my
experience with them for a 'non tech savvy' friends
account. They went so far as to destroy his file
system and then run! Something happened and they sent
someone out to find out why he wasn't connecting, but
windows worked and he could play games from the hd at
that time!!! Just couldn't connect. Well, when techie
#1 left, he still couldn't connect, nor play games!!
Techie #2 shows up next day, Crashes the whole
system!! Had to reformat and reload everything.
Apparently neither sent a bill in as he never got
charged for service calls. System never ran right even
after reinstall OS!! I now have it as he gave it to
me. Bye bye windoze. hello knoppix!! Runs great under
linux.

Oh, that was the THIRD time they crashed the system
over the years!!! Third reinstall of W$ in 5 years
when they came by!! GEEZ!!!

=====
Cyclists should expect and demand safe
accommodation on our public roads,
just as does every other user.

Nothing more is expected.

Nothing less is acceptable!
