It should be. You should be able to set a filter that will recognize
"re:", "fw:" and "fwd:" at prepends to the subject then filter for
subjects that start with "OT " or "OT:". Simple enough in procmail. Just
looked at evolution and it didn't seem so simple, though.

Yup. Placement. Are you looking for anything yellow or specifically for
yellow jeeps? In this case you want subjects that start with "OT " or
"OT:". You still might run into the same problem with "off topic", just
not as likely. The other problem is that "off topic" is long enough that I
can't see your actual subject, so I will just ignore your mail.
