I use csoft.net. I've been happy with their service. Most of the tools
are command line though, if your not comfortable with the command line,
it's probably not the place to go. But they allow for CGIs, PHP, mySQL
databases, unlimited mail aliases and mailing lists. I use their $10/mo
for 150 Mb.
