There's the HP 3030, it's about the only one I've seen that's reasonably priced and uses a laser printer (so you're not spending $30/month for ink). AFAICT the printer works just find under Linux. There has been some difficulty with the FAX function, so YMMV there. I haven't heard much about the scanner, so you'd need to look that up.
