Good to hear.

So, they use the distro names and we can't just point to stable, thereby
getting new releases as they're released?
Both solutions have advantages and disadvatages for newbies. I'm not sure
which is best, but I want to make sure we know what we're dealing with.

Being a little stale on apps is fine. Being stale on security fixes
generally is not.

I'm certain I can do it. Heck, I'm certain I can upgrade from RH to debian
if I had the time :).
I'm worried about supporting people we've helped. While we aren't a paid
support organization and I don't want obligations put on us, we do have to
realize we're the source people from the InstallFests will seek out should
problems arise. The best way to offer support is to make sure they won't
have problems ;-).
