profiteering/cronyism/conflicting interests? Clearly higher education is meant to be provide the training/education that businesses need. A more formal partnership with businesses seems to be a logical nexus and it is done in many states.

I've never been impressed with Charles ability to see the positive side of anything.

This is a process that has much better upside than downside and is clearly worth trying.
