I'm learning a lot from this thread. Why use yaboot, if OpenFirmware
will display boot options at startup? Is that so you can get additional
boot options like picking a custom/test kernel at boot?

I like that idea. So, are the folks at the Apple store clueful? Will
they understand that booting from a LiveCD will not harm the machine?
Or, will they freak out?
