Microsoft Certified Engineer - basically someone who is trained to use
the MS GUI applications and claims to know about networking too (I have
found that in many cases this is not true). I've also heard this
referred to as a "Mouse Solutions Clicking Expert".

I kinda feel like the question was "What impedes further Linux server
adoption the most?" implied "of these options"... To quote Slashdot:
"Don't complain about lack of options. You've got to pick a few when you
do multiple choice. Those are the breaks." I do realize that I won't
get all of them, and that these are coming from one perspective. I
think that's kinda the issue of publishing a poll. If you have an idea,
e-mail me, I love ideas.

Now, I'm not trying to be defensive here, but I feel like complaining
that all the options are wrong isn't productive.
