It's Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer

I thought that might be what you were getting at but it is MCSE. There
are many different Linux certifications too.

Again I will state that these polls - and even the concept of when / how
Linux is going to replace Microsoft in the workplace and then the notion
that any of these answers or that a poll such as this actually will
somewhere make a difference is not logical.

The reality is that whether server or desktop, Linux doesn't offer the
same level of GUI setup, administration or usage and we don't need a
poll to know that.
