I sent a response indicating that a 404 was found from my cox.net address..
ping results are as follows:

PING netconnect.paymentech.net (65.124.118.170) 56(84) bytes of data.

and here is my traceroute:
(make a note that it looks like some router messup on hops 10,11 and that
no connectivity can be measured after hop 16. it seems as though its the
far end that has the problem.
