Bryan:
Check out Docuwiki. It supports versioning too. One quirk (that I
love) is that it reads and writes to your filesystem, and doesn't
require MySQL. My knowledge may be a little dated, but that's the one
I know and like.
For a "personal wiki" I use Wikidpad or instiki. Both have pluses and minuses.
