IMHO, avoid QWEST like the black plague.
I used to have DSL with them, but they never had my billing correct (3 years
worth of over charges) and I never had good service with them after moving
out to west phoenix (service outages so often that I had to terminate
service, at which point a complaint <and counter complaint> were filed).

I went to cox in december of 1999 and never looked back.
