Ah.. I take that back. I registered with Cisco.com and attempted to download
the VPN client and was refused. My query into the support team got this
response:
---------
Access to software downloads, such as the Cisco VPN Client, requires that
you have an active support contract with Cisco Systems in your CCO user
ID. I have checked your CCO user ID kurt_granroth and you are not
currently associated with any contracts.
If you have an active support contract please provide me with your
contract number so I can update your profile accordingly.
If you do not have an active support contract you will need to contact
your reseller to either purchase a support contract or to purchase the
software upgrade.
---------
That's what my first impression was... that you needed a support contract to
get the software.
So when you registered, did you know your company's support contract number?
Kurt
