CityDesk looks interesting from their web site but I don't have a Windows
box to run it on. And it's not Free, which I was hoping to find.

CMSimple is interesting.
For that and all the other suggestions I need to research what
capabilities the host server really has and how much they are willing to
donate. I don't know if it has PHP, for example.
