I've always been fond of the big 'S' to little 's' change for init
scripts. It never hurts to run the K script and you can always see
later what you have changed. When you admin over 100 systems the way
that I have to for about 30 completely different applications you really
need an easy way to see what changes you have made either during the
install or during the life of the system. Sort of a self documenting
change system.
