This is what I'm considering. I would add that they cannot use IE, Outlook or
Outlook Express. We can let them use Mozilla Mail instead.

They cannot open any file attachments that are not specifically work-related
and expected. If a friend sends someone an email attachment of some hilarious
video of dancing cats, they have to forward it on to their homes to open
there.

Porn and file sharing like music downloading isn't a problem with these
people, thank God.
