With the BlockOutTraffic addon to IPCop that I referred to earlier
(http://firewalladdons.sourceforge.net/blockouttraffic.html), you can cut
off specific computers based on IP or MAC. You can cut them off for
certain uses, or at certain times or completely and leave all the others
enabled.

Use this to enforce internet behavior rules. If someone doesn't follow
the rules, cut them off. The rest of the staff does not get restricted.
If the person's job requires internet access, you have more of a personel
problem instead of a technical or ignorance one.
