This I understand. When I fix a computer for a friend, I try to explain
to them what I'm doing and why. I also try to show them what they can do
to keep the problem from happening again or what to do about it if it
does. A lot of times they don't understand. I can understand both sides.
The computer guy gets frustrated trying to show people what to do, so he
gives up. The users want to know what's going on, but don't understand
what the computer guy is trying to tell them.
