Okay really what I need is a staic IP address at my house. Cable America
doesn't come this far west. Cox's solution is too expensive (though I
may eat it if I have to). 1.5 Mps is fine for downstream I need about 1M
for upstream. Any thoughts? I see qwest has a list of ISPs for DSL
service. I *hate* working with qwest. I'm looking for other options.
