I'll second the fastq.com recommendation.

Not that long ago I had the Qwest people show up at my door to test my
phone lines, seems fastq had called them about a possible line noise issue
due to excessive logins from my DSL modem.

The problem was actually one of my own doing, I knew it, and I had never
called fastq to complain about the service. Good to know someone's
watching thier logs.
