Personally I recommend Deru. They are local, provide static IPs (or even
small subnets), have no blocked ports / stupid restrictions, and have
truly excellent service. I will admit they are not the cheapest game in
town, but their prices are extremely resonable. Overall, they are a great
value - you get what you pay for sometimes. A couple measley extra bucks
buys a ton of great service, quality, freedom, and flexibility.
