Part of the problem is that the moneyed interests have dominated the
discussion for so long that even a sophisticated person like Craig can
use the term 'IP' without noticeable irony. Copyright and patent rights
aren't 'property', either real or personal. The expression
'intellectual property' was coined by legal marketing drones expressly
to blur the distinction. Please don't be fooled by their propaganda.
