That instruction is in the stage3/GRP install instructions, it is a little
hidden though. Its now part of the "Optional: Install GRP Packages", but
copying the binary packages over from the CD is also covered in step 6E
which is entitled "Preparing for GRP". Personally I found their old
installation documentation a little more clear and easier to use.
