Thanks! I must admit I skipped some of the instructions for stage 1 and
stage 2 installs, since I was attempting a stage 3 install. Still not sure
why my connection kept getting refused. Maybe the servers were really busy
over there in France, which is where it seemed to be getting a lot of the
packages.
