By default Qwest goes through MSN (e.g. if you choose one of their "specials").
I have qwest DSL (ISP and Line) and they have no issues with my running linux.
Of course that could have something to do with the fact that the few times
I've had to call them, I was already up to step 20 in the procedures and they
were able to verify that the problem was at their end (e.g. down trunks or DNS).
The only reason they seem to ask what OS I'm using is to figure out how to
instruct me to connect to the modem, beyond that, the instructions all apply
since I'm in the CBOS of the device, heheh.
