Anyway, I'll reply ;)

There are a couple of places that I've looked and found stuff, but I
know there are alot of people who would really like this to happen. If
you wanted to start an open-source project, this would probably be a
good one.

Anyway, probably the best place is the Sodipodi clip-art, there isn't a
lot of generally useful stuff there - but it's still there.

There is also this site in Russian, it looks like it's free, but I don't
remember enough Russian to make it out. If someone speaks, or knows
someone that speaks Russian - I'd love to know the license on these
graphics. It doesn't look like it's been updated in a while though.
