I thought i already replied to this, but i guess it didn't make it.
That was the solution..."Secure System" menu item. My problem was that i
was looking for different terminology..i was looking for something along
the lines of "root only shutdown" and didn't understand what Secure
System ment...though in hindsight, it's quite obvious :)
