On anything that uses the NTFS a linux install is not so easy. Resizing
a NTFS partition is not something that should be done lightly IMHO. Also
the msft crap is not always easy to get out compleatly.

As far as someone having OSX issues is that not based upon and therefore
open and not the enemy in your eyes. The souce for GNU/Darwin is out
there...
