This isn't idiocy, this is the infancy of automation! What if you could get
Ann entirely new PC and then you could run "a thing" on it to completely
provision and configure all your settings and files just how you want it?!?

This thing already exists, it's free, and easy to learn.

Welcome to the wonderful and exciting world of ANSIBLE!

It's called "Configuration Management", and in the world of ANSIBLE, you
write playbooks and those playbook execute tasks.

If you're interested to know more, let me know. Aside from being a big fan
of Ansible, it's also literally my day job.
