I'm using '"should I answer?" (web site shouldianser.com), which can be set to reject (and/or send to voice mail, if I remember right) any phone call from a number not in your contacts.
Works much better than the stupid app TMobile forces on your phone (they think a phone number that is valid is a robocaller. It isn't, but I can't get them to shut up and let me get calls from that number, as I know the caller and wish to get calls from them. Oh, ok, sure, I could pay what, $5 a month to be able to turn it off? No, sorry.)

Thanks!
I don't believe I have lost any contacts.
All the names and number that I remember are there.
The problem is that contact's names are not displayed in incoming calls, and
it's a pain to screen calls... :(
