LO often add version onto the package. So try this:
apt-cache search libreoffice | grep 4
See if this finds your missing package. I suspect you will need to:
apt-get install libreoffice41
In order to upgrade, but the first command will tell you if any of the
files are scoped for version 4 in the name.
