One thing that became clear doing the presentation is that we need a
fast way to install updates after the initial install. Some people
don't have a fast Internet connection or have none at all, so the first
time Ubuntu looks for updates it can take a while and a newbie may
wonder if this is going to happen every time the computer is booted up.
I haven't checked yet but I bet updates can be grabbed off a repository,
burned to a CD/DVD and added to the source list that the package manager
references.
I'll try to look into this when I return from SCaLE5x, but if anyone
wants to tackle it in the meanwhile, please do. :-)
