Subject: Re: dvd burner that's linux compatible
I think pretty much every burner out there uses a standard OS-neutral
interface. I certainly don't know of any that are windows-centric. Of
course the bundle will be but the burner itself (no matter the brand)
should work with all the standard Linux burning software. I have an
NEC Dual Layer burner and I have burned all kinds of discs with it
(standard CDRs, DVDs, dual layer DVDs) under Linux with no problems.
