I have served on several juries over the last decade or so.
I find it rather enlightening, to say the least.
unfortunately, because of my visual impairement, I am not given much
opportunity anymore (usually dismissed out of hand for that reason).

as for legislative work. right now, I need a job, any job. living onthe dole
isn't any fun.

term limits are always a good thing (cuts down on the lifers in office).
