He was having problems with mounting the flash card,
didn't know which device file to use.
After I found out that his installation wiped the fstab after a reboot,
I wrote the appropriate mount command down for him to use until he can
get a permanent fix at the next installfest.
(the command was "mount /dev/sda1 /home/mount/point -o uid=1000,gid=1000")
He had already set up the printer but had accidentally "stopped" it from
the kde cups control panel, no problems.
