I suppose that in no small way, I guess I find this topic somewhat
offensive in that my whole point was to offer my help and my concerns
and I have two people wanting to analyze the nuance (or perhaps tone) of
the way I have expressed the help and concerns.
I would suggest that if you want clear, hopefully concise and considered
opinions that you concentrate a little less on the nuance and a little
more on the spirit in which it was offered.
If you want to discuss the what is acceptable in terms of tone in
replies, I would be happy to do that but now that you have re-titled the
thread from 'pop login scripts?' to 'manners' - the clear import of
which leaves me to feel as though you are suggesting that I don't have
manners, I wonder whether it is not you who lacks manners as you have
now jumped on someone else's bandwagon, stolen a thread and used the
subject change to cast an aspersion which seems entirely unfair.
I will thus start a new thread
Craig
