Yeah, I'm hoping to avoid getting technical. I want to talk about
possibilities and freedom. I think a big plus is being able to let the
kids use the same exact software at home and anywhere else at the school
because there aren't seat licensing issues.
It might be good to talk about security as well as I know several teachers
who've had gradebooks compromised by students and viruses.

Hmm. Sounds good. My demo from blender will be to show one of the blender
movies. "This can be done with Free Software." I think that'll help get
over the "Well if it doesn't cost anything it can't be any good." hump.
Sounds like celestia might be of similar use. Gonna have to play with it.
