Hi Bryan,
It certainly does support prepending to the subject. I run mailman on
my web hosting server and a variety of my clients use mailman. One
even uses it as a one-way announcement type list to distribute a
monthly newsletter.
So, if our mailman admin wouldn't mind too much, and if there's not a
lot of disagreement, perhaps they could edit the subject_prefix field
on the General Options page of our list's mailman config?
I agree that [plug-discuss] would be the appropriate setting for this field.
