Well, I looked at the mailman manual (just in case ;) and it dose seem to
offer the same comands as litserve, with the exception of subj and a few
others. To this regard it seems incapable of prepending a default subject
like [plug-discusion].. sigh, I am sure some one has writen an addition for it
somewhare, but I cant find it :)
