How about [plug-discuss] -- it's a little shorter, matches the listname, and
it's spelled right ;-)

What about this:

A terse phrase identifying this list.      


This phrase will appear in two places: on the general listinfo page showing
all of the lists hosted on the server, and in the header of all messages sent
through the list itself. This value is best kept short.

Seems to indicate that it would be easy for the list admin to set up. I'm
subscribed to what seems like a million mailman lists and honestly, the plug
lists are the only ones that don't have a header.
