I don't know, but I'm guessing you can mount the wormdows partition and
grab the "Inbox" file from the loooong Thunderbird path. Something like
this:

C:\Documents and Settings\Mo\Application Data\Thunderbird\Profiles
\default.000\Mail\pop.domain.com\Inbox

Of course, you should also be able to grab other folders like "Sent" or
"Trash" or whatever.

Once you have those files, RENAME them to something meaningful that
won't clobber any existing folders in Thunderbird/Linux. Then, you
should be able to place them into the Thunderbird/Linux directory
structure (usually something like
~/.mozilla/thunderbird/xxxxxxxx.default/) on the Linux partition. I
think that would make the new folders visible in Thunderbird/Linux next
time you start it up.

They look like standard mbox-format files to me.

According to the Thunderbird FAQs
(http://www.mozilla.org/support/thunderbird/faq)...

"Thunderbird's mail files are in the standard plain text "mbox"
format..."
