SuSE Watcher?

They opened YaST? Free Software or just source availability?

Also, since we're talking SuSE: Is there a way to get KDE to go find
non-KDE apps and add them to the menu? I know you can add stuff by hand,
but I was hoping for something that would search for new apps. debian has
kappfinder, but that doesn't seem to be available via SuSE :(.

I know you can add stuff by hand, but I'm looking for something that'll
actually go look for new apps.
