I would have to say bad marketing. I have SuSE Watcher running, and I
get updates on a regular basis.

I have to disagree here, I get updates regularly. If I were in Provo, I
would be looking for a new advertisement company, and I would have a
come to Jesus with the IT people to make sure that this 'does not'
happen! After all they did open up YaST this year
