Bill, as the GM of an Internet business, I can tell you that it works just like a brick and mortar store. If you don't treat your customers right they will not come back. Newegg and Mwave are two of the best companies on the Net and don't sell junk. Thousands of satisfied customers prove this.

This could be taken that you've not had any experience (good or bad) with other manufacturers and don't have a basis to compare.
