There should be a custom option so you can type in (or select) your own
ranges for HorizSync: 28-80 kHz and VertRefresh: 48-75 Hz.

Also, Generic Monitor and Generic Super VGA should also work since most
monitors work with SVGA (but probably won't take full advantage of your
display).
