OT Starting GIMP on WinXP

I downloaded the latest (I think) stable GIMP for Windows. Did the install
thing. I now have a lot of directories under C:\Program Files\Common
Files\GTK\ which seems to be where it installed.

I find no ICON

I find no .EXE

How does one start GIMP?
