Barnes & Noble shows a publishing date of November 2003.
My curiosity was peaked after reading "Power Mozilla GUIs" (Linux Magazine
Dec '04). McFarlane wrote the article too.
I tried his example in the article, but it wouldn't work. The article didn't
provide enough info for me to troubleshoot either. The reviews on B&N say
the book is pretty much the same way.
Needless to say, I value the opinions on this list far more than those in
the book reviews at B&N, so I figured I'd ask here.
