It should be easy to make an ISO from the tree using mkisofs or mkisofs for Win32. Must be several HOW-TOs on the net. There are instructions on how to do this on the Slackware CD and I found this HOW-TO[1] by googling. I'd think that a Mandrake CD would be made the same way.
An NFS install should also be an option.
