What is the "Management console port"? Is it the uplink port? Is that for a
laptop? I pluged a crossover cable into it and the ethernet card but nothing
happened. I then switched it out with a straight-through cable in and nothing
happened.I would Have thought something dastardly was afoot if the light
indicating conectivity hadn't appeared when I put the straight-through into a
normal port.

How do i see the current config?
